Rose von Rostock is a stunning 1-2 year old long haired German Shepherd.  This girl comes ready-made for the right family, eager to demonstrate her knowledge of basic commands and the ladylike way she walks on leash.  Rose brims with affection for her owners and, in return, will soak up your hugs and belly rubs.  She has lived happily with other dogs but has no patience for cats.  Rose is totally housebroken and likes accompanying you in the car, content to lie quietly in the back seat and leave the driving to you.  Like most shepherds, she bonds quickly to her family and will periodically walk throughout your house doing a people-count and making sure everything is where it should be. Be mindful, however, that our intelligent and loving Rose displays a stubborn streak on occasion – such as at bath time – but, with a kind, firm owner and positive reinforcement, she will accept what is asked of her.
